INTRODUCTORY OFFERS

Any introductory offer made by Toney's Pilates is available exclusively to new clients who have not previously attended the studio.

Introductory offers are valid for a specified term, typically expressed in days. The term begins on the date of your first class.

No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available for unused portions of any introductory offer due to illness, injury, relocation, or any other reason.

If a client is found to have purchased the introductory offer more than once, Toney's Pilates reserves the right to suspend the use of the offer and charge for any additional classes attended at the standard rate.

MEMBERSHIPS

There is no minimum term for Weekly Memberships. The membership begins on the date of purchase.

The membership will continue until you notify Toney's Pilates via email at hello@toneyspilates.com.au. Please allow fourteen days' notice for cancellation processing.

Memberships may be suspended for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 12 weeks per calendar year by emailing hello@toneyspilates.com.au. Please allow 72 hours for suspension processing.

Membership fees are charged weekly to your nominated credit card or bank account via our third-party billing provider. Please be aware that our provider charges their own small additional fee to process your payment depending on your choice of payment.

Failed payments will incur a $10 fee per day until the payment is successfully processed. This fee will be added to your Momence app account and processed with your next payment.

Membership prices may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in writing at least four weeks in advance.

If a scheduled auto-debit fails, Toney's Pilates may retry the payment at its discretion once sufficient funds are available. All failed payments will incur the standard $10 daily fee.

CLASS PACKS

1 Casual Credit: Expires 6 months from the purchase date. No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available for unused portions.

10 Credit Pack: Expires 6 months from the date of your first class after purchase. No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a class booking, you must use the online booking system at least 9 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations via phone, email, or social media will not be accepted.

+9 HOURS BEFORE CLASS = $0 FEE: Cancel at least 9 hours before class to avoid forfeiting the session or incurring a fee.

-9 HOURS BEFORE CLASS = FORFEIT CLASS: Late cancellations (within 9 hours of class start) will result in forfeiting the session. Unlimited members will incur a $10 fee if they late cancel more than once a month.

NO SHOW = FORFEIT CLASS (Packs & 2 or 3 credit memberships) or $10 FEE (unlimited memberships): If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will forfeit the session or be charged a $10 no-show fee depending on your membership.

First-time visitors and casual credit clients will not be charged cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees are processed within 24–48 hours.

By booking online, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policy.

Purchase & Return/Refund Policy

By purchasing a credit pack or membership, new clients agree that their first booking must be during staffed hours (either a sauna, hot mat or reformer class, not a digital OnDemand class) so that staff can give them a studio tour and explain how to use the equipment.

By purchasing a credit pack or membership, clients agree:

Toney's Pilates is not liable to refund, transfer, or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason, or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full.

All purchases are final and Toney's Pilates does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, change of address, or any other reason.

Toney's Pilates reserves the right to offer refunds for injury or illness if a valid medical certificate is provided.

All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Toney's Pilates accepts card or bank account payments. We do not accept cash payments. Payments are taken in advance and are taken through our booking platform.

Clients must be a minimum of 16 years old to attend.

Pregnancy Policy
At Toney's Pilates, we are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our clients throughout all stages of life, including pregnancy. We have established the following guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers attending our classes.
Participation Guidelines
• Up to 16 Weeks Pregnant: You are welcome to continue attending any Toney's Pilates Reformer classes as usual.
• 16 Weeks and Beyond: Instructors plan their classes for the general population and may include dynamic stretching, supine and prone exercises which are not suitable for pregnant clients. Reach out to us at hello@toneyspilates.com.au to have an individualised conversation about your pregnancy and movement needs.
Class Restrictions
• Pregnant clients are not permitted to use the jumpboards. Please let your instructor know you are pregnant at the beginning of class so they can adjust your workout.
Trainer Discretion
• To ensure the safety of all clients, our trainers reserve the right to decline participation in group classes for pregnant clients who are 16 weeks or further along if they feel the class plan carries too many risks to the client.
• This policy is designed to prioritize the health of both the expectant mother and her baby, and to provide personalised guidance based on individual needs.

Please note that the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure or error-free. Emails sent to or from our website may not be secure, so we encourage you to take special care when deciding what information you send to Toney's Pilates via email.

Out of Hours Access Policy
By purchasing credits or a membership, clients agree to use the Out of Hours Access feature to enter the studio independently via the designated app.
To ensure safety, privacy, and fairness for all members, clients must adhere to the following conditions:

Solo Entry Only: Access is granted solely to the individual with an active booking. Clients must not allow others to enter the studio with them, including friends, family members, or other individuals without a valid booking.

No Tailgating: Clients must ensure that no one enters the studio behind them when scanning in. Each person must scan in individually using their own app and booking.
-
No Pets or Children: For safety and insurance reasons, pets (including dogs), children, and babies are not permitted in the studio at any time.

Responsibility: Clients are responsible for maintaining the integrity and tidiness of the studio space during their access and must report any issues or breaches immediately.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in membership suspension or termination of access privileges.
